Ross is I-Kick Martial Arts Founder and Head Coach. He has over 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry which stems from his high level career as a Martial Arts Athlete and Instructor. Ross has helped many clients from all walks of life achieve some great results from transforming their body shapes along with their health and fitness to creating multiple National Champions by training up-and-coming athletes.

Ashley is one of our clubs Martial Arts Coaches as well as a top female competitor. With a Dad who was a former Karate Instructor and Personal Trainer and a Step-Dad who was a former Kickboxing Coach, Ashley has been around the world of Martial Arts & Fitness her entire life! She's in charge of our Female Fit Camp programme.
