The I-Kick Online Academy is an incredible resource for Martial Arts & Fitness. It is the online extension of our original business that started as a local Martial Arts Gym based in Barrhead, Scotland and has now grown in to an online platform and community with members and clients from all around the world!
The I-Kick Online Academy is suitable for Martial Artists of all ages and levels of experience. It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or an experienced Black Belt, there's something in here for everyone!
Our Members have access to our online resources 24/7, with a plethora of Videos, Tutorials and Downloadable Content available, covering topics such as; Skill Development, Self-Defence, Fitness Conditioning, Anti-Bullying Techniques, Stretching & Flexibility, Nutrition, Competition Preparation and much more! We also run 'Live' Online Sessions too, where you can stream the lesson/event and join in with us in real time from the comfort of your home.
The I-Kick Online Academy can be used to help introduce you to the world of Martial Arts or to act an as aid with your training - if you've already got prior experience. Regardless of what level you're currently at, it will 100% allow you to grow as a Martial Artist, take your learning and skills to the next level and help you unleash your potential!
