Our Ladies-only kickboxing-based fitness class that will help you burn-off loads of calories and some steam too, leaving you feeling great afterwards!
There is no better type of training for your fitness than Martial Arts training, as it incorporates all of the components of fitness; core, strength, flexibility, speed, power, agility, muscular endurance and stamina.
