The Fighting Fit Camp is a unique Martial Arts based fitness programme that runs over 8 weeks.


The idea of the programme came from imitating a similar training process of which a professional fighter would go through when preparing for an event.

Combat athletes usually have an 8-12 week long "Fight Camp" when leading up to a big event where they prepare by getting their bodies into peak condition so they can perform to their best!

This programme will give you a taste of the style of training that modern-day warriors like; Conor McGregor, Anthony Joshua, Holly Holm and many more go through when preparing for "battle" in the ring or the octagon! It will teach the processes so know how to train properly and efficiently. You'll learn how to manage your diet and nutrition correctly in order to fuel your body properly and thus help to get you in the best shape of your life!

You do not need any previous Martial Arts or combat sports experience to join the programme. The only requirement is that you are ready to commit to yourself and want to give it your all!
