The Fighting Fit Camp is a unique Martial Arts based fitness programme that runs over 8 weeks.
The idea of the programme comes from imitating a similar training process to that of what a professional fighter would go through when preparing for an event.
Fighters usually have 8-12 week long "Fight Camps" in the lead up to a big match which they use to prepare themselves both physically and mentally so they can get in to 'peak condition' and perform at their best!
Combat athletes are amongst some of the fittest people on the planet and this programme will teach you the methods and the processes that they use to get themselves in to incredible shape!
In just 8 short weeks, you can achieve life changing results and get a taste of the type of training that modern-day warriors like; Conor McGregor, Anthony Joshua, Holly Holm and many more go through when preparing for "battle" in the ring or the octagon!
