Our Fighting Fit programme is a unique 12 week fitness programme that mixes both fitness exercise with Martial Arts training to help yield incredible results in just 12 short weeks!
Participants will be trained by our champion coaches on how to manage their nutrition and exercise whilst learning new skills and building solid martial arts foundations to help them improve and develop themselves both physically and mentally.

Our fighting fit camp is more than just a fun way to keep you physically fit. It's also amazing for keeping you mentally fit too by letting off some steam and focusing your attention on something positive.
Suitable for any level of fitness and experience. Gloves are included in the price of the programme along with an official 'Fighting Fit' training t-shirt.
All you need to bring with you is a drink and your attitude!
